No one is talking about this

This success formula is massively overlooked.

Everyone talks about discipline or consistency.

But NO ONE talks about this one.

It's the one that made Andrew Tate the most Googled man on earth.

It's the one that made Elon Musk the richest man in the world.

It's the one that made David Goggins complete the 100 mile run.

What is it?

-> Self-trust

If you can TRULY learn how to trust yourself, you will simply achieve ANY goal.

You have to learn to trust yourself BLINDLY.

Because at the end, you are the only person you can fully trust.

But if you keep lying to yourself, you won't get anywhere in life.

Self-trust will make you disciplined, consistent, and fulfilled.

.

You will NEVER doubt yourself ever again.

And again, self-trust is a skill you can TRAIN.

So how do you do that?

ACTIONABLE STEP:

Set goals, and achieve them RELENTLESSLY.

If you struggle with doing things you said you were going to do, start small.

Every night, before you go to bed, write down FIVE things you are going to do the next day.

It can be ANYTHING, for example:

- Read 20 pages

- Do 100 push ups

- Learn about a skill

- Go on a 20min walk

- Spend time with family

You can use these, or create your own ones.

Keep it somehow challenging, but make sure the tasks are achievable.

After doing it for some days, and completing EVERY task every single day you will level yourself up.

It takes not even 7 days to make a HUGE change.

Now do progressive overload, add more tasks, increase the intensity, and make it more DIFFICULT.

But still keep it managable.

And never stop improving.

My "daily goals" list includes more than 20 tasks every single day.

And I tick them off EVERY single day.

There should be no "What if I miss one task?", DELETE this thought from your mind.

You are a winner, you don't miss a task.
