How to live a happier life
Nothing is wrong with wanting to be HAPPY.
Everyone wants to be happy, but no one wants to be sad.
You have to UNDERSTAND that happiness only comes with pain.
A "only happy" or "only sad" life is unrealistic.
But there is a way..
A way how YOU can be "happy" for the rest of your life.
-> Gratitude
There will always be things you can be grateful for, REGARDLESS of how bad your situation is.
Gratitude isn't only a mindset, it's a SKILL you can level up.
ACTIONABLE STEP:
Write down 10 things you are grateful for right NOW.
Doesn't matter where, you can use your phone.
Be creative.
Look around, practise gratitude for the simplest things you don't even think much about.
How would your life be without these things?
And now be grateful that you actually HAVE these things.
Repeat this every single day.
You may struggle, I understand you.
It's hard to be grateful these days because you have things in ABUNDANCE.
Solution?
-> Abstinence
You will be TRULY grateful when you live without something you used to live with in abundance.
ACTIONABLE STEP:
Choose something you have in abundance right NOW, and leave it for 7 days straight.
Sleep on the floor for 7 days, don't eat your favorite food for 7 days, or don't play video games for 7 days etc.
There are many ways.
Pick one and DO IT.
Trust me after the abstinence you will experience real GRATITUDE.
