How to be consistent
"Be consistent" Is a bad advice.
There are 3 ways how you can be consistent:
1. Consistently bad
2. Consistently the same
3. Consistently improving
It's obvious which one you want..
-> The THIRD
Being "consistent" isn't enough, you have to consistently IMPROVE.
So ask yourself RIGHT NOW what type are you?
The majority is probably the second.
Strive to be the third.
But how do you do that?
The single BEST way to consistently improve is to hold yourself accountable.
There are so many ways you can do that:
Have someone/something that nearly FORCES you to do the habit.
They doesn't even have to be alive, imagine your ancestors looking down on YOU.
They sacrificed so much only so that YOU can live.
You better not skip a day in the gym, you don't want to DISAPPOINT them.
That is working great for me.
I also combined this strategy with my Twitter account.
The things I preach simply don't ALLOW me to be inconsistent.
How can I ever eat junk food again when I advise others NOT to do it?
Impossible!
Let me know who or what holds you accountable for staying consistent:
