Your brain is f*cked
Imagine your mother is lying on her deathbed.
You are next to her.
Her last seconds have come.
And your brain?
It is DEEP in thought.
Daydreaming about some BS.
Sounds brutal, I know.
But this will be the reality for 90% of modern society.
Their brains are f*cked up.
And they are doing NOTHING about it.
You don't want to be one of them.
ACTIONABLE STEP:
Practice mindfulness.
What do I mean by that?
→ Direct your attention to ONE single thing.
It can be your breath.
Words in a book.
Sounds around you.
Or writing a text.
Meditation.
The single best way to train your focus is simply to focus MORE.
Less scrolling.
Less multitasking.
Less seeking cheap dopamine.
More practice every single day.
Make it a HABIT.
You can't fix your focus overnight.
It takes time and consistency.
But it's 100% worth it.
You don't want to be the person next to your mother's deathbed thinking about some girls.
