5 Mistakes
Everyone talks about what you should do in self-improvement.
But NO ONE talks about what you should NOT do.
Avoid these 5 things (No, that's not mainstream knowledge):
1. Comparing
That's an obvious one.
But I bet you STILL do it
Everyone does it every now and then.
The key is to REALIZE it as fast as possible.
Comparing affects your mental health.
And you KNOW that your mental health is the MOST important aspect in self-improvement.
Do yourself a favor.
Stop comparing.
Start competing.
2. Thinking you did enough
You know this:
You are doing XY work you said you were going to do, but after the work you STOP looking for NEW work.
That's wasted potential.
Even if you did everything you wanted to do, find something you can do next.
Fill every minute with PRODUCTIVE work.
Delete "I did enough" completely from your mind.
3. Rewarding yourself with degeneracy
That goes along with the previous point.
I bet you did that too.
You think you did enough, and then you REWARD yourself with DEGENERACY.
You trained 6x a week, but then you tske a day off to take drugs, eat trash, and stay up late.
That's not "rest".
You are DESTROYING your progress.
You do a step forward and instantly take a step back.
Reward yourself with HEALTHY choices.
4. Coping
"I only play video games once a week!"
"I only eat KFC on Saturday!"
That's coping.
You went from eating trash 7x a week to 1x a week.
That's GREAT progress.
But why are you stopping here?
Try eating junk once every 2 weeks.
Then every 3 weeks.
Progressive overload doesn't just work in the gym, it works in EVERY other aspect of self-improvement.
And it's CRUCIAL.
Never stop chasing progress.
You start dying when you stop improving.
5. Not creating memories
And I mean HIGH quality memories.
Not killing yourself with drugs.
Memories are the ONLY things you will think of when you lie on your deathbed.
You won't think about the one day you meditated for 20 minutes.
You will think about the moments you had with your LOVED ones.
Self-improvement is crucial.
But neglecting to create memories because of it is DESTRUCTIVE.
You will regret it.
Don't make my mistake.
P.S: This was free (Yes insane). This was free, and already LIFE CHANGING. Just imagine what I and my team can do for you.
